Founded in 1997 in the city of São Paulo, affiliated to ESOMAR and several other associations, BRAZIL FIELD operates in the most diverse and innovative techniques of market research and opinion polling, in qualitative and quantitative studies, covering all the Brazilian territory and major cities of Latin America.

Nowadays the voices of our analysts, moderators, interviewers and field researchers echo in the five continents, bringing the colors of Brazilian professionalism to various parts of the world and makes our country more colorful as we carry out studies through international partnerships for qualitative and quantitative research. Like most Brazilians, the great challenge of life of our financial manager is to survive the ruses, sometimes tough, of the current conjecture that has shaken the country. However, as well as everyone who is part of BRAZIL FIELD, Andrea tries to find in the family and daily pleasures the motivation to move forward and carry out the work of continuous quality. In addition to being our financial manager, Andrea is a dedicated student of foreign languages and a person in love with literature, in all its genres.
By being Brazilian, Andrea has dedicated herself to different roles in her life. Thus, before being a financial manager, she graduated in Language Teaching - Portuguese, and was a professor of literature for 15 years. After this period, she took the advanced accounting course, studied financial mathematics and finance of the international market until she was invited to join BRAZIL FIELD team in 2005.
For all this, as the Brazilian heroines of the novels which she reads, Andrea does not see the daily work as a challenge, but as a means of achieving satisfaction. According to her, it is her work at BRAZIL FIELD where she "finds reason to live and accomplish things."

Cristiano Queiroz

IT MANAGER


"Bring to BRAZIL FIELD best practices in management, processes and sales to modernize it, make it more competitive" This is Cristiano's big challenge in the company. Graduated in Accounting Sciences, Cristiano is a father in love with his family and also passionate for films, TV series and sports. Therefore, in addition to the challenges as a professional, our IT manager believes that the great challenge of his life is to perform well professionally, without fail, to experience everything that the family environment can provide.
In his brave journey in the market, Cristiano has always been connected to the productive process, from the beginning to the delivery of the product/final service to the customers. Thus, he has worked in the Democrata footwear industry (known for the High standardization) and also provided services to McDonald's fast food network as an IT consultant, where he had contact with the management in serial standards and was responsible for control of losses, costs, adjustments, personal relationships, etc.
Always looking for new challenges, Cristiano specialized in operating systems, database, networks, monitoring systems, Backup solutions, virtualization, information security, inventory, among other areas that have made their trajectory in the market a beautiful story to share with clients and especially with his family.

Dolores Garcia

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER


With more than 22 years acting in the market research sector, Dolores has as a great challenge of life to find the daily fulness in the megalopolis that is the city of Sao Paulo. Mother, and passionate about Brazilian culture and crafts, our Quality Control Manager is a passionate traveler who loves to discover the flavors, smells and colors of the places she knows.
Her passion for life is matched by her passion for work, so her great challenge in the company is, according to her, "Wait for new projects to arrive so that I can feel productive, because I am a dynamic person, I like to always be ahead of initiatives, take care of every detail of the project to achieve the desired result by the client".
With her typical professional dynamism and her love for all that is of Brazil, Dolores has conducted quantitative and qualitative research throughout all regions of the country for several clients and partners. In this long journey, she collected not only experiences, but also life stories provided by unusual experiences in the field, full of vibrant voices that make Brazil what it is.

Salete Silva

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Salete is a typical Brazilian “warrior” who had to overcome all adversities to get to the top as a qualified and multifaceted professional. Always intrepid, the executive director of BRAZIL FIELD found in the arts (mainly in the theatre), forces to overcome all the adversities that life has imposed on her to become a professional with expertise in the provision of services in the areas of qualitative and quantitative research, excelling in the areas of moderation, planning, fielding, coding, tabulation, analysis, presentation of results, marketing, commercial/sales, entrepreneurship and management, having been a collaborator for companies such as GFK Indicator, Ibope, Datafolha, RI-Research International, CBPA AC Nielsen, among others, in activities she began to develop in Sao Paulo since 1986.
For years, Salete has been affiliated to the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research and to ASBPM (Brazilian Association of Market Research, Opinion and Media Companies). She was director of ASBPM in the terms of 2010-2012 and 2012-2014.
BRAZIL FIELD is therefore the fulfillment of the dreams of a girl who went bravely to the “big city”, Sao Paulo, in order to fight against the difficulties of life and achieve professional success. For all this, our founder is - in both professional and personal lif – considered, for Brazilian standards, a woman who has won in life with her own efforts!

Felipe Mirabeau

RESEARCH AND BUSINESS DIRECTOR


Married for almost 2 decades and father of two children, the great challenge of Felipe's life is to orient his children to have a peaceful future along with him. This future is made up of dreams in which Felipe sees himself always doing what he likes: cooking, studying about cooking and traveling the world.
Felipe's intrepid dreams are present in his work as director at BRAZIL FIELD, which is visible in the consistency of his work which includes a career as an executive at LaGuardia Community College (New York) and more than ten years excelling in the area of project management, customer service and moderation of qualitative studies (which allowed him to acquire extensive experience with clients abroad and in Brazil).
The expertise of our director reveals his peculiar resourcefulness in the area of market research, which he values for the good service, the rapid troubleshooting of problems and the effectiveness in the requests of national or international clients. For such dedication to work, the great challenge in his professional life is, according to him, "making BRAZIL FIELD more and more stable to take it to the top."

Tiago Sobreira

COMMUNICATION AND BUSINESS MANAGER


Passionate about art, cinema, culture, languages and traveling (to the farther, the better, and 12 countries are still too little for him...), Tiago, not by chance, chose to be a bachelor’s in international Relations at University of Brasilia. Because he is responsible for the requests for quotes and budgeting area of BRAZIL FIELD, his great challenge as a professional is to see how gentle life can be beyond numbers and numbers. Thus, according to him, his goal is "to find pleasure in daily work and calculations, and also delight in simple day-to-day things and have fun in personal life…so existence as a whole can make good sense and bring a feeling of joy and lightness".
Tiago is the youngest of four children and shares his attention among things such as law studies, statistics, marketing. His life is centered in love and care for friends and family. He has consolidated his international experience by working twice in the United States, where he could make his first professional contacts with people from other countries and worked on his professional qualification.
On account of his dedication, experience and wide vision of the national and international markets, his challenge in BRAZIL FIELD is "to consolidate clients’ loyalty and accomplish a good number of satisfactory projects approved with viable, competitive and feasible costs".
