BRAZIL FIELD follows the provisions of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and the ICC/ESOMAR Code of Conduct.

BRAZIL FIELD Market and Opinion Research, a legal entity governed by private law, headquartered at Rua Francisco Holanda, nº 285 A, Dionísio Torres, CEP 60.135-215, in the city of Fortaleza, state of Ceará, understands the importance and responsibility that research work requires. Therefore, we reinforce our commitment to ethics and professional secrecy based on code professionals and entities that govern the research activity.
 
In the development of activities carried out by BRAZIL FIELD, we strictly observe the legal regime for the protection of personal data, in particular, the provisions set out in Law 13.709/2018 - LGPD (General Data Protection Law) combined with the best market practices in terms of data protection, especially, from observing its principles, and adopting information security measures to ensure that data remains protected.
 
All work steps in BRAZIL FIELD are of a confidential nature.
