Salete Silva - CEO

Bachelor in business administration, specialized in marketing, among other related areas, she is also a specialist in cinema and audiovisual language, performing arts and research is always present in her professional life. Salete has been working in market research, opinion and political polling since 1983. She is affiliated to ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research), CRQ of ABEP (Recruitment Quality Control of the Brazilian Association of Research Companies), ASBPM (Association Brazilian Association of Market Research, Opinion and Media) and CRA – SP (Regional Board of Administration of São Paulo). She has experience in analysis, presentation of results, customer service and in productive, logistical and technological processes of qualitative and quantitative studies.
Salete, of humble origins, is a typical Brazilian warrior who had to overcome all odds to reach the top as a qualified and multifaceted professional. Visionary, the CEO of BRAZIL FIELD has always been determined and decisive, using these strengths to overcome all the adversities that life has imposed on her, to become a professional with expertise in providing services in the areas of qualitative and quantitative research.
Salete is a founding partner of BRAZIL FIELD, an executive used to directing research projects throughout Brazil and Latin America. Before founding her own research institute, she provided services to the largest Brazilian research companies, including: Indicator GFK, Ibope, Data-Folha, RI-Research International, CBPA, AC Nielsen, among others.
At the end of 2002, she elaborated the logistics of the B2B Project Investment Climate Survey in Brazil, for a World Bank bid, competed with 25 companies in the world, was among the 05 winners who went to Washington D.C. to personally present the project to the bank's top management. With her characteristic boldness and her Brazilian knowledge, Salete spoke with a great accuracy and prior knowledge about Brazil, her project was crowned as the winner, it was conducted in 2003 throughout Brazil, having the analysts of the World Bank fully delighted, inviting her to other projects later.
She manages the company with a globalized and avant-garde vision, always focused on delighting her customers. Experienced executive with the national and international market, she nearly knows all of Brazil and Latin America in its entirety, was present in the USA a few times, having passed through 14 American states, and in Europe she had the opportunity to know and do business with more than 10 European countries. Her lovely company has customers on 05 continents, the most frequent being Americans and Europeans.
BRAZIL FIELD is, therefore, the realization of the dreams of a girl who bravely went to the big city, São Paulo, with a view to fighting life's difficulties and her enormous desire for professional success. For all this, our founder has, both in her professional and personal life, been considered by Brazilian standards, a citizen woman who won in life… And who continues to win.
